Proactive Code Enforcement
Code Enforcement successfully implemented Proactive Code Enforcement (PACE) in 2008. As a result, numerous violations have been corrected with the cooperation of our citizens. Proactive sweeps have made noticeable differences in various neighborhoods. The City of Rowlett continues in its efforts to enhance the quailty of life by enforcing city ordinances.
