City Offices and Facilities Closed for Memorial Day

City of Rowlett offices & facilities, including the Community Centre, Library, Municipal Court, & Animal Shelter, will be closed on Monday, May 29 in observation of Memorial Day. FCC will conduct garbage collection on their regular schedule.
