Do I need permission to put landscaping in my subleased Take Area?
Yes, proposed landscaping materials and installation locations must be reviewed and approved by the City of Rowlett. Please keep in mind that any herbicides, pesticides, fertilizers, etc., that are used within the Take Area must be approved by Texas Commission of Environmental Quality or the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency for use around water supplies.
